Broken Heart Sour
by Broken Heart Spirits

Ingredients

- 6cl Broken Heart Gin
- 3cl freshly squeezed lime juice
- 10 drops freshly squeezed orange juice from an orange slice
- 2 dashes Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
- 2cl White cane-sugar-sirup

Method

- Shake and fine-strain into a chilled tumbler
- Garnish with 1 orange slice, 3 peach slices and a half lemon grass-stick
- Serve with straws on ice with a smile

Barrel Aged Martini
by Rifters Gin

Ingredients

- 45ml Rifters Pinot Noir Aged Gin
- 30ml White Vermouth
- 2 dashes of Orange Bitters

Method

- Add ice to top of your stirring vessel
- Pour spirits over ice and stir for at least 30 seconds to ensure good dilution
- Double strain into a coupe or martini glass

- Garnish with a lemon peel

Method

- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain contents into a glass over ice.
- Garnish with fresh lime and a sprig of mint.

Humdinger Gin

Ingredients

- 30ml Little Biddy Gin - Classic
- 15ml Cointreau
- 30ml Fresh lime juice
- 30ml Apple juice
- 15ml Passionfruit syrup

Sunny Spritz

Ingredients

- 30ml Sun-Kissed Gin
- 60ml Soda water
- Red berries or mint to garnish

Method

- Add ice to your tumbler

- Pour spirits & soda water over ice and stir
- Garnish with red berries or mint

Tom Collins
by Kiwi Spirit Distillery

Method

- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add Gin, Lemon Juice & Simple Sugar Syrup
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into an ice filled Collins or any tall glass
- Top with soda and enjoy!

Little Biddy Gin

Ingredients

- 60mL Delightful or Greenstone Gin
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20mL Simple Sugar Syrup

- Soda Water

Royal Gardens Cooler

Ingredients

- 50ml / 1 3/4 fl oz Floral style gin

- 150ml / 5 fl oz East Imperial Yuzu Tonic

- Cucumber slice

Method

Build gin and tonic in a chilled tall glass packed with plenty of quality ice

- Take a vegetable peeler and cut a long ribbon of cucumber and slide it down the length of the glass

Fresh Pink Grapefruit Gimlet

Ingredients

- 60ml of Woolshed Gin

- 60ml of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

- Two large pieces of the grapefruit skin

- Sweet basil leaves

Method

Peel two large pieces of the grapefruit skin for flavour and garnish

- Fill a glass of your choice with ice and the delicately placed peel

- Add freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and Woolshed Gin

- Garnish with sweet basil leaves

- Enjoy!

KARAMU SIP (MARTINI)

Ingredients

- 50ml Scapegrace Hawkes Bay Late Harvest

- 10ml Dry Vermouth

- Dash of bitters (Hopped Bitters work well)

Method

Add ingredients to mixing glass

- Stir until mixing glass is frosted.

- Strain into glass, garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.

Raspberry Cooler

Ingredients

- 40ml The Source Pure Cardrona Gin

- 20ml Lemon Juice

- 10ml Sugar Syrup

- 4 Fresh Raspberries

- 1 Mint Sprig

Method

Churn all ingredients together in a tall glass before adding crushed ice and continuing to churn until full

- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a mint sprig
